Transformational Breathwork

A dynamic mind-body practice that invites accelerated methods of healing, self discovery and moves one closer to wholeness. An approach to therapy that enhances health and wellbeing with the use of rhythmic breathing and bodywork. Our breath gifts us with the natural ability to transfer ourselves to altered states of consciousness. All emotional and physiological connections within are associated with a distinct breathing pattern. And when you change your breathing pattern, you can change your state. With emphasis on body, mind and spirit, this practice welcomes aliveness and provides an increase in your own energetic awareness by allowing yourself to feel more of what is already there. Unlock the deeply rooted fears you hold and receive clarity around how you react to and perceive the world. Breathwork Sessions

Opening:

A brief consultation to address any outstanding matters or current struggles. Setting an intention for your practice and discussing the breathing technique we will be exploring. 


The Ascent:

We will find the best suitable body position for you which may be accompanied by cushions, blankets and an eye shade. To settle into the space, a relaxation stage will begin with soft music. 


The Journey:

From the guided meditation, the music will intensify to match the rhythm of the breathing pattern. Active breath will be initiated and continue for 45 minutes. Throughout the journey, I will be encouraging the breath, offering gentle body work to intensify or ignite physical release and be available for energetic support. 


The Return:

Gradually, you will be guided to let go of the breathing method and adopt a more passive breath. You will be welcomed to drop into rest and slowly re-enter the space with awareness. 

Integration: Digest and process the experience. A phase to reflect and share.


Initial session: 75 minutes, 60 minute following sessions.
